What is taste water?
Taste water is an innovative Australian made and owned beverage company, providing an alternative to water, which is backed by science and driven by family values. We are a still flavoured water brand that hydrates without the sugar, calories, preservatives, additives or sweeteners. We are vegan, gluten-free and kosher too.
It is currently available in 3 flavours: watermelon, pineapple and blackberry.

How is taste water made?
When we say no sugar and we mean it, we really do. Taste water is created at the molecular level during fruit maturation using only the flavour components of the fruit.
The flavour is then added to spring water which has been purified to the highest standard. This is then packaged and delivered to you.

Is taste water Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Kosher?
Yes absolutely, we are Kosher certified by the Kashrut Authority of Australia and New Zealand. We are 100% gluten free and Vegan Australia certified.

Where does taste water come from?
taste water is created with Australian spring water which is purified. The natural fruit flavour is infused into the water.

Does taste water use Artificial Sweeteners?
Absolutely not. We are an unsweetened flavoured water and there is nothing artificial in our water.

We created taste water to make a difference to the world by:

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Unfortunately not as your product will be despatched on the same day as your order is placed.

How do I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, has a quality issue or is the wrong taste water order.Please return it in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach 2026 NSW.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What types of Payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

What are your shipping options?
We ship our orders with Sendle which is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service. All orders placed before 2pm will be ready for courier pick-up on the same business day, and next business day for orders received after 2 pm. Our flat rate shipping is $10.00 Australia wide, and free shipping on orders over $150. In general, same state deliveries arrive in 2-5 business days and interstate deliveries in 3-6 business days. Tracking will be provided via email after your order has been placed with up-to-date times. Though very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Bondi Beach daily Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
